For those of you who haven't been by the store in a while, or who are following our progress online, we figured it was time to post some new store pictures to give you all an idea of how we've progressed over the last few months.
You're all familiar with this shot by now, of our sign and front entrance:

For an idea of what the store looks like these days just as you walk in the door, click this link, which leads to a 'widescreen' view that you'll probably need to scroll across to see.
Modern Myths in WIDESCREEN!
Of course, comics and graphic novels are our primary focus, so they're right up front. We've opened up the front of the store and added an extra rack of comics to accommodate even more titles. If you read about the store's construction (earlier in this very Journal), then you know how much work went into them. We're really happy with how well they've served!

Kids' comics and trade paperbacks get their own section, set off from the comics for older readers:

And, of course, graphic novels and trades, broken into genre section. Here's superheroes:

Gaming is a big part of what we do, as well, so games get their own half of the store:

Board games, RPGs, and miniatures all have their own followings, and get their own displays:

Our gaming table has been seeing more and more use lately, with RPGs, painting workshops, and board game nights getting underway...

And, of course, no game is complete without dice, kept right up front for easy access:

Customer service doesn't just mean all this great stuff... it also means amenities like a clean restroom our customers, too. Shiny.

Thanks for stopping by, and let us know what you think in the Comments section below. Be sure and mention the Journal is you stop by. Hope to see you soon.
